DUTIES
- Electrical – ensure assembly complies with WI1
- On time completion of work

- Use only material specified and allocated for each job

- Ensure all tools are accounted for in stores each day
ELECTRICAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- NVQ Level 2 Electrical Engineering or 18th Edition will be ideal
- ECS / CSCS Card Holder (preferred not essential)
My Build My Way require Electrical trainee level candidates on a permanent basis for an established construction platform based in Dartford.
This role is available from May 2024 and will offer permanent and stable employment with our client’s order book busy for the long-term future.
This will suit someone with an electrical background, not yet qualified but looking to break into the residential market.
The work location will be site location dependant but we cover a wide location reach. You may be required to work as far as Luton or Bournemouth or as close as Dartford / Bromley.
The Electrical Assistant will be responsible for 1st & 2nd fix electrical services to residential properties. This will include electrical rewires and consumer unit installations.
Payment is based on an hourly rate and experience. You must hold a valid UK drivers license and be willing to undertake additional keyskills learning.
In addition, you will receive a company pension, 25 days holiday allowance, sick pay allowance and any training courses required to further your technical development and speed up the prospect of promotion to full Electrician status.
The working week is generally 7.30 – 16.00 Monday to Friday with some overtime and weekend work expected.
