  • We ensure all contractors have the skills and availability to meet your needs

Step 3: Quotation and Selection

  • You receive up to 3 competitive quotations
  • We review quotes for any irregularities or concerns
  • You select your preferred contractor
  • We implement a 5-stage plan aligned with your work schedule and payment plan

Step 4: The Build Process

  • Work begins with a 30% deposit
  • An approved inspector conducts stage checks at key points
  • Payments are staggered based on completed stages:
    • Stage 1: 30% (Initial deposit)
    • Stage 2: 25%
    • Stage 3: 20%
    • Stage 4: 20%
    • Stage 5: 5% (Snagging)
  • You receive inspection reports and full documentation throughout the process
  • Final sign-off occurs after successful completion and any snagging issues are resolved
