The Job

All the contractors we contact on your behalf have been selected and vetted by us. We’ll review the quotes and provide you with the best 3, plus information on each contractor.
The Build
Once you’ve selected your contractor, we appoint a 3rd party approved building inspector, and work can begin. Payment is made in pre-agreed stages, following inspections.

We act as an introductory service for clients who need a reputable builder in London to work on their house. All our builders are vetted, and we are also backed by full liability insurance. We don’t release payment until the work is signed off by our Quality Surveyor.

We’ve all heard the horror stories of scam builders taking money up front for a job, and then disappearing soon after work starts. Worst of all, if the contractor has a Ltd company, they can use loopholes in the law which mean that you’ll lose your money for good.
We think that’s wrong, and My Build My Way exists to stop it happening. All the companies we work with have directors who are held under ‘Personal Guarantee’. Which means they are personally liable for work undertaken and fees received.
This is why we vet building companies in London carefully before inviting them to quote on projects. As a result, we have been able to expose a number of potential cowboys. Our requirement is simple, contractors sign a personal guarantee, or they don’t work with us.
