What helps us help you faster
If you can include the following in your message, we can usually respond more quickly:
- The project address (or postcode) and the name of the builder you are working with.
- A short summary of what you would like to raise.
- Any photos, emails or messages that would help us understand the situation.
If your concern is about safety on site
If your concern relates to immediate safety, please contact your builder directly first so it can be addressed straight away, and let us know as soon as you can.
How we handle support requests
We take support requests seriously. Once we have reviewed your message, a member of the team will get in touch to talk through what you have raised and agree the next steps. The contract for the works sits between you and your builder, but we will help open up the conversation and support a sensible resolution wherever we can.
