Undertaking a loft conversion or extension can be beneficial for your family in a number of ways:

3. Freshen Up the Paintwork

Choose furniture where the material and colours work with the walls and flooring of your rooms. For example, a lighter coloured sofa will work best with darker carpet flooring, and wood, marble, copper and brass pieces work well with concrete or stone floors.
You can create breathing space by keeping furniture further from the walls, which can make a room feel bigger. Facing sofas and chairs towards each other will help make it easier for you and your guests to chat, and why not try a coffee table in your lounge for drinks and accessories? One last tip.
