How We Review Builder Performance
After a project completes, My Build My Way takes a structured look at how it went. This helps us decide which builders to keep introducing and helps builders see where they are doing well.
What we look at
- Homeowner feedback on the experience from quote through to completion.
- How clearly the builder communicated during the project.
- Whether agreed programme and scope were managed sensibly.
- How any issues that came up were handled.
What it means for builders
Builders who consistently deliver well, communicate clearly and treat homeowners professionally are more likely to receive future introductions. Where standards drop, we will discuss it openly with the builder before changing anything.
This review is internal to how we make introductions. It does not change the contract a homeowner has signed with their builder.
