If a homeowner, neighbour or contact connected to a project we have introduced reaches out about further work, we ask that the enquiry comes back through My Build My Way so it can be handled in the same way as the original introduction.

First refusal for the originating builder
Where a referral comes from a project a particular builder delivered well, that builder is offered the new opportunity first, subject to capacity and fit. If they decline or are not available, we look for another suitable builder from the network.
