Before works start on a residential project, we like to do a quick pre-start conversation with the appointed builder. This is a sensible alignment step rather than admin for the sake of it.

- Confirming scope, programme and any remaining queries are settled.
- Checking documentation is in place.
- Agreeing how communication will work during the build.

We encourage builders to keep sites tidy, well-presented and clearly identified — including their own company branding. A tidy, organised site signals a professional operator and reassures both the homeowner and the neighbours.
